Susan at EBC had that report also. In Melbourne, eh?
Decon is a mouse poison. The cats have to take care of the first and second floor, I take care of the cellar. They're such spoiled little babies.
The water out here has a lot of iron in it. A water softener uses salt to react with the iron to keep the levels down. Helps keep the yellow out of laundry, fixtures, etc.

Have a good Wednesday!
I prefer to use traps - then I know where the bodies are and then don't have unpleasant smells from unknown places.
