Last week I had a whinge about the lady who wanted a list of our Hollywood biogs. Someone did eventually turn up to collect the list. He's just come back with a little box of chocolates, from her to me, as a thank you. There's a note thanking me for the book list.
Now I feel like a jerk for whinging.
