words in my head

I haven't listened to Snow Patrol for a couple of days but I just cannot get these words out of my head...
"If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me
And just forget the world"
There's nothing particularly ground breaking about the music or the lyrics but, jeez, it won't go away.
