I made tomato sauce today with 5 cloves of garlic...yum!
I made a (fresh) tuna risotto last night but I only used 2. Didn't want to overpower the fish.
Making Corned Beef and Cabbage tonight -- no garlic, but there'll be onions, carrots, potatoes and parsnips.
i made nothing. No garlic. maybe that's my problem!
