This is what I'm cooking tonight.

Carbonara
The only difference is that I stir the egg yolks in before serving. And I use fettucine instead of bucatini.

looks good! I saw in another recipe an ingredient called Verjuice...what is that?

It was yummo! Dead easy to make.
Verjuice is made from unripe grapes - it's used instead of lemon juice.
