What the fuck is going on?

A For Sale sign has just gone up - all four shops in our little block here. The Estate Agent guy was here today, collecting rent, and didn't mention it. Gun shop guy knows nothing about it. Just rang the agent and got diverted to voicemail. WTF????

Holy crap indeed. None of the tenants - us, the gunshop, the paint shop and the laundrette - have any idea what's going on.
