what the hell are hooters in relation to the sign? not to mention pet mince?! EEEUUU! LMAO!
I have no idea what hooters are, besides being a reference to boobs. To go with the well hung sign. I suppose.
I drove past yesterday and someone's nicked the well hung sign. hahaha.
