Annoying...

The other day I had a phone call from an 88 year old lady wanting to know what Hollywood-type biographies we've got in stock. She asked me to make a list and she'd send a relative down today to pick up the list. That area isn't on the database yet so I had to write out the list by hand - 6 foolscap pages long! No-one's come in to ask about it.
