I'm drowning, I'm drowning...

...under a mountain of books. (A mixed metaphor, I know.) A lady came in this morning with 4 small boxes (the kind that printer paper comes in) of sci-fi to sell. Sci-fi is our biggest seller, so I said "Yes please." 4 small boxes turned into this:

I want your job! I want to be surrounded by books all day, breathe in that (sometimes musty I'm sure) smell of paper...nice shot!

Hehe, feel free to pop over - I've got hundreds more in need of shelving. Several hundreds.
The worst ones are the old pre-ISBN books. I have to type all their details in to the database before I can upload them on to the website. Time consuming!

Do you read all these books?

I am looking at the "drink" photo and still see books...]
(lol)

Haha, no I don't read them all - this pic is in the bookshop where I work.
In fact, since I started work here I've read a lot fewer books than I normally would have. Weird huh?
