Oh the joys of the internet

Email stopped working. Kept asking for user name and pasword and wouldn't accept either. So I rang my ISP support. Two hours later and I have email again. Had to delete the accounts and re-enter them in the end. The support guy, Michael, has a very nice voice. :)
