Speke Hall Built In 1530 - have to share this!

I used to go to this place when I was a kid - with school or the folks. I remember it has this huge painting/portrait in the main hall. The eyes follow you wherever you go in the hall. Used to spook the living daylights out of me. I wonder if that painting's still there....

It's been well preserved. I remember it being very dark inside - added to the spookiness of that picture.
Mind you, I was under 12 whenever I went there - probably not spooky at all now.
